I think this board is pretty cool in the fact that it not only helps the guys who are picking up the hobby, but also the new ladies starting out.  And even though we have a great moderator here,(I promise to stop brown nosing Jazz) I think it's also the TER community members who regularly post positive advice to the newbies that makes this possibly the best board on TER.

and Jazz has a lot to do with it.

This is the friendliest board on TER where no question is to silly and no answer to harsh.

That is the way it was when I started and I treat it the same way.

I just love seeing all the new fresh faces comming my way.

Thanks for the kind words, but it is the regular posters, both guys and gals, who make this board what it is!!!  I just try to keep the tone civil and helpful, and to keep the board moving.

I have asked some of the duuzziest(is that a word?) of silly questions and I have gotten only positive and helpful information back.
