I have submitted a few reviews but a couple of times I just gave up when I couldn't figure out why the form wouldn't go through. It keeps coming back with the comment that all forms need to be completed. But all of them were completed.

Is there some trick to this? I went over the fields about 10 times before I gave up.

Can't say this is a hard rule, but on the occasions that I have not made the form god happpy, the field that it wanted changed was in red.  At least gives you a place to start.
