I recently submitted a review of a duo with Katie Flowers and her UTR friend. I put the review under Katie, but whoever reviewed my submitted review added Michele Mata to the review. I have never seen Michele and I didn't know how to get this fixed. Thanks in advance.

Ask to have Michele's name removed and explain that you have never seen her and you don't know how her name got put on your review.
