how do i submit a review on a provider?  i'm totally new to this and i'm lost...haha

Click on reviews above. Then you'll see "submit reviews" Click on that. Read the disclaimer, then hit agree.  Now the fun begins, fill out everything, yes, even though the provider has a profile, you still need to fill the form out again. Finally you'll get to the point where you write the review. Then hit submit. If you're lucky it will go thru. However, if you're like me, you'll have missed a box or two, don't worry, it bounces back to you and then you'll see what you missed.  Thanks in advance for writing a review. Don't worry, it gets easier writing reviews after you've done a few.

By opening a 2nd window, you can cut and paste some of the information like website address, e-mail address, etc.
