a "name" (stage name) and way of contacting.  You certainly can be "EMAIL ONLY".  For the final approach, a phone will likely be required...  but you are withn your rights to have phones for screened clients only.

there shouldn't be a problem getting your phone number removed.  Just, as others have said, submit a problem report requesting the phone number be removed from your profile.
