Submit a problem report on yourself.

That's the only way you can change your profile, as far as I know.

contact us instead of report a problem

Honestly In my experience I do not get a fast reply submitting a problem report. Scroll down to the bottom and click contact us that usually gets a better response

If that works better, go for it.  I thought the prob report would alert admin quicker, oh, well, whatever works.
