Profiles can be changed through filing problem roports and through 'contact us." They actually prefer you to use "contact uis" for more complex issues. I have submitted problem reports using both methods. Sometimes through the contact us feature, I have actually received 5 free days instead of just 2, since the problem was a complex one. Here is the TER official wording from their problem report page:

"The Problem Report system is designed for quick, easy updates to profiles. For more complex issues, especially those that might require correspondence back from our Support team, please submit a Feedback. You can submit a Feedback by clicking on the Contact Us link near the top of most TER pages"

It goes on to say what kind of problems to submit through the problem report feature and what kind to submit through contact.

If you have new ads, you can certainly have them added to the profile. For that matter, any member can by submitting a problem report and sending the link to the new ads. It is probably much easier to add the new ones than to remove the old ones.

To me, your pics on your old ads still look the same as the new ones on your website. Mybe you are little thinner, but it does not look like a different person! I don't know maybe that's just me, but I sure don't see drastic changes.

and I could try and see if I log in bp if I can delete the old ads if they are still in from last april. Hopefully most guys check your web site out , and not just the profile. I know I got one client suggested getting it down. He said it doesn't look like me.He was unaware I don't control the profile and I wouldnt personally use a ten month old photo . I can see where they'd be annoyed if they thought I was still using that photo for my ads now. Most women change there looks up in ten months. I just have this great new fancy ad out now too and would love to have that on my profile not the ghetto one. I am wearing a white wife beater for crying out loud. oh well once a punk rocker always a punk rocker.

how not bright idea it is to have your exact town up. There i was with town and then a landline. i had tough time with the cell phone when the neck thing happend and i could not press the buttons right so a client took me to get this 1980 s secretary headset to connect to the old fashioned big giant landline phone . I was also going broke cuz I could barelly work for the whole summer cuz that dumb neck strain . Thank goodness have a hobby phone back on and a nice one too, . what a mess that was, . thank go d its getting better now.

She has a legit reason for the way she types!

I assume you weren't around when she first started posting here a few months back. A bunch of us got on her case for her writing style, and while you may not see it, we who saw her initial posts see a major improvement. The fact that she took our constructive criticism, and made major attempts at improving her writing, has won her points from me and many others here. Also as lungman stated there are some physical issues that make it hard for her to type.
