I feel your chance of cancellations, NC/NS, etc. are higher with indy's, but overall they are better. If the agency has a good/reliable history though, then they may be no more than different, but equal. Once again, it all comes down to reviews. If the reviews are great, it doesn't matter.
guys which is is a better provider and why or they are both the same and depends on each individual person. Because some of hte ads i see clearly and in BOLD letter say that they are completely independent and i am not sure why there is a difference ??
An agency has girls who work for them and the agency takes a percentage of the money from your date. An independent works for herself. Agency or independent girls: one is not necessarily better than the other; just read reviews on the girl you think you'd like to see. The upside of being an independent is I set my own hours, control who I see, and fly relatively low to stay out of LE's radar.

Independent vs agency seems to vary by location. In Las Vegas, where agencies are 99% crap, most of the agency girls advertise as independent, to hide from the bad press.
In Boston my favorite gals and current ATF have all been agency girls. When I travel I almost always wind up with an independent lady. Some cities have great agencies, some don't.
Although there are some agencies with both integrity and exceptional women the majority are havens of exploitation and profiteering on both the customer as well as the worker. It doesn’t require an MBA for a woman to operate “independently” in this biz. A cell phone, a PC, some rudimentary communication/organization/time management skills and the desire to give a good service are the prerequisites for successful independent operation. Seeing that agencies often take 50% of what a girl gets it always leads me to wonder what level of woman would make this compromise considering the rewards available to the converse.
Instead of making assumptions about a woman based on her affiliation I find it a lot more rewarding to read her reviews and check her out for myself. This has always worked well for me with both agency and independent ladies. Yes there are bad agencies but smart ladies don't work for them. Most women who choose the agency route long-term do so because they do not want to have to worry about the details of booking, screaning and advertising that a good agency takes care of for them...for a fee.
