Hi guys, I recently saw an Asian provider in New York city.  This was my first time and I had intended only on getting a sensual massage.  But she didn't speak much English and we ended up having sex anyway (hugely my fault of course).  

We did use a condom during intercourse, but I'm still extremely worried about contracting STDs.  Can you guys give me some suggestions on what to do?

what exactly did you do unprotected?  Did you have oral sex?  Did you do anal?  It all depends on what you did.  Get tested in 2 weeks if you are uncertain.  I think it takes 2 weeks for your antibodies to react to STDs.

IMHO....If a quality condom was used and did not break, you are under no more risk than other sex in life.
