I have a small problem where I live on an island but can travel.
The thing is that I think I would have a harder time setting up
a session with a provider.I would like to get some input on my
situation.

-If small island is the problem simply travel to the nearest large inland city that has an active providing environment, just stay away from the street.
-Why would you have a harder time?
*Is you access to use of a phone restricted by phone service or an SO?
*Or do you feel that you will not know who to contact and how to connect with them?  If you have access to a computer, which obviously you do, the web will take care of that problem, you will need to just focus on quality.
