The FAQ, or newbie manual mrfisher is talking about is “TER’s Instruction Manual” which is the first thread pinned at the top of this page. You should definitely read it, especially the Information For Providers, and Provider Ad Posting Guidelines.  
If you have questions on what you read there, please start a new thread on this board with your question. Don’t reply within the instruction manual thread.
