You can find it at the top of the page near the life preserver. Read all of it. There is good information for providers and hobbyists about the hobby in general, and about TER.
Then read this board. Go back about ten pages or so. You will see many of the same questions come up repeatedly. Look at some of the recent threads started by BadCollegeGirl. There is a lot of good info in those threads for a provider starting out.
There is also a search feature at the top of this board. You can search for specific topics. The default search date range is 30. You should set it to 300 or more to search back farther.
You can place ads on TER regional ad boards, but you need to already have an internet presence to link it to. (your own website, or an ad in an approved ad mall such as eros. You can't link an ad from another review site) There are specific TER provider ad rules which are found in the previously mentioned "self help center."
I recommend you check all that out and then come back with specific questions. Swimtrekr and his highly unpaid assistants are more than willing to help out!
the Minnesota board is one of the more active ones. You might do well to post on the regional board there and join in discussions. There are a lot of great ladies there too, some of whom may be willing to help you with advice or mentoring. After following the advice below from me and Keystonekid (we both basically said the same thing) and after you have your website or ad mall ad set up, then you can start posting ads on the Minnesota ad board and join in on their picture theme days.
But don't be afraid to come back to the newbie board and ask newbie questios here

several pages here on the newbie board. BadCollegeGirl has recently become a provider and she asked some very good questions and received some great assistance from Swim (moderator here) and some of his unpaid assistants within the past several weeks. There is a search function that you can use to aid your research.
There is a very similar post I replied to about NYE just a few threads down. Thats ok though! If you want any advice from a MN lady look me up and send me an email, I don't think I can post it here.
naughtynsexy. They don't respond to changes or even shutting down the sites. I have known a few providers that have had provblems with them. there are other template sites that work well and are responsive, or just give yo more control over them. The one BCG used seems to be good.
Where are oh located Lauren I would love to see you sometime and we can talk about whetever you like I have been a hoppiest for a few years . I live on long island
