A provider who has been reviewed many times on your website has been misrepresented by a reviewer.  The original reviewer claimed that the lady in question was 41-45 years old...in the year 2000.  I am a regular with her and I happen to know for a fact that she is currently 35 years old.  Ordinarily, I wouldn't bother to help correct this information, but she is a very nice person and I don't think that this is fair.  I tried to contact you by e-mail twice, and so did she, but you never responded.  Can you please tell me what can be done about this?

I must agree with MichaelCA and Frankie - you can resolve this emailing the Staff directly, or by sending a trouble report.  My comment:  your post doesn't really belong here.  It's not really a "newbie" question.  Better to do as the other suggested, but if you MUST post in a forum find one that fits the post better - the Suggestions/Policy board perhaps?
