Can't seem to find the location where terms are defined, but what's the definition of a "spinner"?

spin around like a windmill in cowgirl position, as you lie there on your back and help her spin. Usually under 100 lbs with long blonde hair. Also known as spinning cowgirl.
Austrian and Swiss spinners yodel as they spin around.
French spinners hold their arms out and pretend to be Concordes.
Texas spinners make cowgirl noises.
SoCal and SoFla spinners do surfing gestures.

The first time I ever heard the term, it was in reference to my favorite Adult Films star, Nikki Dial.
