Spelling variations

The search machine will work with shortened names, so I tried some variations and misspellings looking for any hits with fewer than 5 reviews. These would work for kandyce, candace, and some other variations and typos: kand, kandy, cand, andace, andyce, etc.. Nothing. The reviews are probably still being reviewed.

You can also search on your phone number, email, etc. and hope that they got that right. Searching on physical characteristics? Don't count on "us" getting that right, unless we bring a tape measure!

It is possible that they may not have been posted yet.  There is sometimes a lot of delay in getting new reviews up. especially for a new provider and especially if they are first time reviewers.

If they are unsure of how to confirm that, tell them to go to Account Manager, and click on My Reviews.  It should list the review and its status.

If they are published, ask them to click on the review and confirm that they have your name correct, city, phone number, etc.

That should do the trick.

i have tried all of the above.  i dont know what i am doing wrong.  i have tried to become a verified provider, submit reviews of my clients, and i know for a fact three clients submitted reviews for me last weekend.  this site makes me feel retarded. :(

Only clients submit reviews, not sure what you meant by "submit reviews of my clients"  If all 3 of the clients were new, and never submitted reviews, and the fact you are new, means TER may have held the reviews until they feel everyone is on the up and up.  Also you maybe learning "don't worry honey, I'll write a review for you" is one of the big lies clients tell providers. Just the way it is. Be patient, if hobbyists are seeing you eventually someone will write a review.
