Staff once told me that I needed to disable this and enable that. But because I am no computer whiz, the directions lacked the specificity I needed to find the locations in the browser and make it work.
I find myself unable to get some, but not all, of the clicks on the site to work. I know that his has something to do with security or privacy settings. Maybe even firewall. Are these settings posted on the site?
Are certain links that used to work when you clicked them not working for you now?
I've had problems in the past with certain links within providers' profiles. The problems cleared up before I was able to get an answer.
