You don't sound real, but I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt.

Most escorts will accept you regardless of your looks or build as long as you are reasonably clean, polite, punctual, and meet their donation requirements. There are some ladies who may exclude a guy based on his age, race, or size - she will usually be clear about that on her website or ad site.
Reputable agencies and independent ladies will decline you service if they can't verify you. They may want references from other providers, or information about the real you (name, address, place of employment), or they may accept a reference from a verification service like date-check or P411.
Many escorts are into role play, dirty talk, fetishes, and so on. Some are very good a it, some not so much, again you get this info from websites and reviews. There are some escorts who do not require condom use at all, this is obviously very risky and frowned upon by the general clientele, but some love it and it does go on. It's not something that is talked about out in the open. Most escorts require a condom for intercourse, but many perform oral without a condom. You can always request a condom if it makes you feel safer, and of course there are some escorts who require a condom for oral.
A lot of stuff you just have to wait for the date and play it by ear... like how much time you will make small talk before getting down to business - some girls will talk away the whole hour if you are not aggressive, while others will lead you by your dick right to the bed 
Most girls will do any position you want as long as it is not uncomfortable or painful for them. Most girls figure that it is your hour, and as long as you follow their basic rules (which they will make clear to you), you can do anything you want.
