If you mean participation as in homework and studying the boards To be succesful in this hobby you need to do a lot of homework and studying. Start with your local board and read the reviews of ladies in your area. Post a reqest for a reliable lady with a discrption of what you are looking for on your local board. That's a good place to start
Every monger like us has been ripped off at least once. Being from chicago I bet you were on one of the dumps on rt 20... I was ripped off there as well.
A good suggestion is to keep looking at the new reviews for chicago and you will get an idea of who is good.
Although there are some ligitimate "agencies" a large percentage merely double talk Newbies and leave you dry and pissed-off
