If you are not a provider, you don't have a TER ID #.

Guys do have a number, but you will only see it when a favorite of yours gets a review and you get an email telling you about it.  But you're right about the provider ID#, they don't get one until they get a review.

though Account Manager.  When you open any review, there is a bunch of info at the top including the reviewer's ID number.

Not that it mean much; however it does tell you approximately how long the person has been a TER member.
