What are the penalties if/when busted by LE?

I'm pretty new to the hobby, I've only had 3 encounters with providers, but I'm learning now that the really good ones (ie, many great TER reviews) require a lot more information about me in order to make them comfortable that I'm not LE. This is totally understanable, but on the same token, I can'tardID=33&Page=1hey will keep clientel information on file somewhere? if so, what happens when she gets busted? How much jurisdiction does LE have over her records? What kind of fines/time do you usually face if you are nabbed in a sting style bust? Of course this varies on the city and state, I'm in the LA area, but I travel too.
