wondering can u still post review on providers that u have bad experience setting appt up with & promise to call u back but never does?  Left waiting in hotel parking lot for over 30mins & then unable to get in touch with provider.  Really frustrating and a waste of time.  

You can, however, vent your fury on your local board and warn others that way.
