Do I take off my clothes while she is undressing in my hotel bathroom,
or does she tell me to "get comfortable" which means "take off your clothes" ?

I might put a boxer back on if it's too cold or if it seems like we will be talking a bit longer but I usually put a bath robe on  

it's time to lose the clothes.  I sorta like her to help me disrobe while I do same for her.

It's your session and entirely up to you.  That said, most GFE girls would like to spend at least a brief period chatting.  I don't usually let that go on too long, because she looks so damn good I've got to eat her up.  Don't worry, she'll give you some cues.

You pick lol... On a serious note... Typically guys take a shower or are already showered once I get there.. I think every date is different and things will happen naturally.. Obviously the lady will take the lead and let things progress naturally..

Just let things progress, and if she says "get comfy" while she is getting ready, then get ready to rumble.  
If she leads you to the couch for a chat to get you relaxed, just start with your shoes.    You'll know.

...why are you still wearing clothes?  (It has happened to me) then you should know it is time.

Having my fourth encounter earlier today, I have simply mirrored the ladies. When she takes her shoes of, I take my shoes off. When she takes her shirt off, off comes my shirt and so on. This may not always be my approach but for now it's helped with the awkwardness of having no idea what I'm doing.

She will say something like why don't you get comfortable or would you like to take a shower which is a good idea anyway on an in call visit.
