One is by what the menu is.  Some say that anal is the defining element; others say COF as well.

Others look at attitude.  A PSE will not be as cuddly and cooing as a PSE.  PSE is more dominant, almost to the point of BDSM.

There will never be a perfect answer.

I see many gals who have elements of both.
