...as a hobbyist who is respectful to providers' time, might I suggest a few things. You're new (and very hot, I might add), so it's only normal that people are going to be coming out of the woodwork to see you. Also, all of your communiques on this site have been refreshing. It's admirable that you want to respond to everyone and piss no one off, all while avoiding burn out. But let's get practical. The people who write you multiple times on the same day, even if it is to add info, are the people you should prioritize as "LAST, if even...". I know it sounds cold, but these people are not respectful of your time, much the way some idiot who calls every few minutes after leaving a voice message. These are people YOU SHOULDN'T SEE nor WANT TO SEE!!! Until they catch a clue, you shouldn't worry about their feelings. I know, for the genuinely nice people like you and me, this can be hard to learn. REMEMBER... you're not the cashier at Mickey D's trying to deal with a rude customer. You're THE BOSS! Give top priority to respectful repeat clients WHO YOU LIKE AND WANT TO SEE AGAIN. Next comes repeat clients who're respectful, safe, but they don't exactly float your boat. Who knows, you may discover with a repeat that he's funny & charming and gets re-categorized to the top. After the repeats, priortize the new contacts based on their respectfulness. Did they respect your wishes and instructions in contacting you and providing the info that you seek? Or did they send you crap like, "Ur hot. Can we get together tomorrow. Call me at 555-I'M-DUMB?" Seriously, don't feel bad about ignoring these types. Immediately DELETE their emails and don't take their calls. It may take them a while, but they will catch a clue or just move on. Verbage on your site letting people know that you don't accept same day or even next day appointments, and that the more lead time they give you for screening/verification the better is a step you should take (if you haven't already). Specifically state on your site what info you require (full name, at least 2 credible references, date & time of desired appointment, etc.) and plainly state that failure to include this info will result in their message being trashed. Again, only worry about your CLIENTS' feelings, not some schmuck who's looking at your site. If he's a quality individual, he'll understand.
Now, I would avoid the suggestions stating that people should ONLY use your contact form, as well as those suggesting that you raise your rates. Explanation: someone who uses your contact form can't control what email account "their" email to you was sent from. That's a problem, and a reason that I will NEVER use a contact form. I will take the EXTRA time to specifically make sure that I included ALL the info that was requested on the contact form and that it's tidy and clean. But for security, NO contact forms. As for increasing your rates, this could backfire. Remember, you want REPEATS and you want your REPEATS to be able to afford you at a reasonable frequency. You want to cut down on stress? Have a steady stream of REPEATS that you like seeing and are putting good green money in your pocket. Then you'll find that it's very EASY to not worry about the "why haven't you emailed me back, I've emailed you 5 times" disrespectful idiots, not to mention the stress of the "unknown". Also, 2 very popular providers in my area have raised their rates to squelch the runaway demand they were experiencing, only to come back and lower their rates to what they originally were. Both are dealing with rumors that they're burnt out. So the move backfired for them. If you DO decide to increase you rate, grandfather the rates of your repeats as had been suggested, and be sure that your DEMAND won't diminish to the point, that you have to go back and adjust down again.
Lastly, enjoy your vacation. And don't wait too long to take your next one. And if you do decide to take a working vacation, might I suggest North Carolina!
