or should we also consider
-Hotel Out-calls?

What about Provider's Apartment as In-call?

What's important is that the lady is well reviewed and verified, if she's well reviewed then your chances are very good that your going to have a good session with no worries about a bait an switch or LE problems.. etc.

The immediate need was to evaluate options between In-call at hotel and In-call at provider's apartment. Provider has 20+ reviews but very few recently, mostly old ones.

hotel rooms and homes with no problems.  If she is well reviewed, you should not have any problems either.  You might Pm one or two of her recent reviewers for additional info.

Well reviewed, reputable providers! If you follow that rule it really doesn't matter where you see her.  

However, you should always go with your gut feeling. If you feel more comfortable doing a certain thing then do it.  
For me, I have done all of the above. Outcall hotel, Incall hotel, incall condo or apartment, and even incall house. (And even car dates way back in the day, lol) The only thing I haven't done is outcall to my own place. That option just doesn't work for me but it works for many others.

may not share with another provider(s). For many, this is more cost effective than renting a hotel room several days a week to meet hobbyists who need incall.
