The provider could be a mole for LE.

site, either because of complaints by the hotel or neighbors.  They'll let the guy go in and intercept him when he comes out to try to intimidate him into admitting to the session or making otherwise incriminating statements.  If the hobbyist is brainless or ball-less, and makes incriminating statements, then they go in and bust the lady (and usually the hobbyist too).  All they need is someone to open their mouth.

The best defense is to STFU anytime LE approaches. They'll tell you that they won't bust you if you rat out the provider, but they are either lying, or they will summons you in as a witness later anyway.  Try explaining that summons to your SO.

It happens in AMPS all the time. Usually they kick the customers out and bust the ladies and the owner but anything can happen.  As far as two consenting adults in a hotel room? There isn't really much they can do unless they see you handing the lady the cash. Dixie Chicken's example is the most likely and it IS happening more often as the idiots who advertise indiscreetly on Craig's List draw attention to themselves and the hobby.  Small suburban police departments have nothing better to do than stake out hotels and try to harass men as they come and go from the property.

STFU --  Shut The Fuck Up!!!  If you encounter LE, you have the right to remain silent, and the cops have the right to lie!!!  Get a lawyer, and don't answer any question without his/her advice.  Unless you have been offered immunity, in writing, signed by the DA, and approved by your lawyer, your cooperation can only hurt yourself and others, no matter what the police tell you.

This has happened in Auburn Mass., a small town with an exit from I 90 just south of Worcester.

Stay away from the motels there.  The police regularly lean on the motel managers to provide information to them.

I wish more people would use the latter instead of the former. It's a sad state of affairs when supposedly intelligent, educated people start confessing shit they did in junior high school the moment they see a gun and a badge.

thanks for all the responses....i had already watched that video...thanks!...i was putting the ? out there...so the newbie's would get some good insight from long term hobbyists...as always,you guys have given,good,sound,advice!
