I'm recently divorced.I dont have time to get in a LTR so im gonna look for a provider.I'm still nervous as far as possibly getting caught but id rather pay for a service then to get into another crappy relationship. Im a huge fan of russian. must ads ive seen are from CL offering diffrent rates for quickes,headache relief and then half or full hour.I dont mind paying an hour rate for a russian if theres a good conversation at the end and i dont get booted out right after.I understand fully that you cant discuss rates and services during contact.My question is (i am new) is russian a pretty common request? do i have to worry too much about getting turned down? and if theres any providers or even hobbyists. how much  the going rate just for that 1 service

Don't expect nor try to get a "rate for that 1 service".  You pay for "her time" (I suggest 1 hr. for your first session).  

You're on TER and asking on the Newbie Board for help, which is a good first step.  Let's take it to it's conclusion: 1) Get the TER VIP membership. 2) Search the ladies in your area.  You can specifically search for ladies with large breasts and with high performance scores.  Do that. 3) Read the reviews.  Find the ones where men have received russian.  If you're looking at reviews of large-chested-highly-reviewed providers, this won't be too hard to find.  4) Contact and schedule a session.  As a newbie with no references, this may be a bit difficult to do, especially with a high-demand indy.  DO NOT mention that you want russian or any other service.  DO provide adequate personal info so that you can get screened.  You may want or have to contact an agency for your first time.  As long as you do homework by checking the reviews, this is fine.  5) During your session, once things have heated up you can attempt to initiate russian (again, provided you've gotten with a provider whose reviews state that she provides this).  Often, a provider will ask you as things are starting to heat up, "what do you like, baby?"  Now it's appropriate to tell her that you "want russian!".  Finally, she may or may not indicate whether it's o.k. to blast off on her.  If she doesn't indicate it, don't assume it.  Rather, ask her (before the moment of no return) if it will be o.k.

BTW, I don't see providers that don't provide this service, as it's one of my favorites, too.

I don't recall any provider (my ex excepted 8o) who turned me down on that.

As far as rates for it, remember that you pay for time, so look to the women's rates in that regard.

It sounds also like you could use some boning up on the whole hobby scene.  See the link above that says "TER Instruction Manual" and do some reading.

You will do fine critter.  Just take your time and find a well-reviewed lady who has been reviewed by established hobbyists.  Lots of great advice here on this board.
