1.  She means provider references.  If you have none, tell her so, and see if she will screen you another way.

2.  The deposit should be discussed by the provider upfront.  If she doesn't disclose what it is, then ask her.  If you are talking about using a FORM OF PAYMENT, that's a different question, and you need to talk with her about how she prefers to get the deposit.

3.  In initial email, you tell her you are interested, and follow her instructions about the information she requires.  If she provides no such information, then you simply introduce yourself, indicate your interest, and then have her respond.  Then you agree on a session length, a time and date, and then move on from there.

Hi there. New to this hobby. A while back I started reading the discussion boards to get a good understanding of what to do (or not to do).

1. I finally ponied up for a P411 account, got verified, and I found a provider to my liking. (I plan on getting TER VIP soon too!) She gives very direct instructions regarding screening to which I have no problem. However in it she requests: full name, company info, and "at least 2 personal references". When they say personal references, do they mean other providers? Or does this mean something else in this context? I would prefer not to screw up my chances here and want to make sure I can provide all the info I can without getting ignored because of a simple misunderstanding. I do not have provider references at the moment.

2. I know one is not supposed to discuss money (just leave envelope in plain sight and that's that; so I've read). However, when a certain deposit is requested, how does one go about discussing that? Searching through older threads I've heard of Green Dot Money Paks, but is that the only way to go about this? Any other methods?

3. In the initial email, how much should one share? How much is too much? I read the Self-Help entry for newbies. Are you really just providing screening info, date, time, length of meeting, location and that's it? Or is there more that should be covered? Does one discuss deposits in email or in a follow up e-mail or call of some sort?

I probably have other lingering questions that I can't think of right now. But that's it for now.

...One - references mean other providers you have seen. If you haven't see any yet this provider may not see you.

Two - look for newbie friendly providers on P411 They may see you without provider references.

Three - deposit? for what? It's up to you and since she is on P411 (I assume she is) then you will probably be OK but I don't do deposits. Most advise against it unless there are extenuating circumstances.

In initial e-mail keep it simple. Discuss deposit and other things after being screened and she says OK I will see you. Still don't mention sexual acts for money Discussing how she wants the deposit should be Ok. Don't know about Green dot.

Hopefully other will chime in including Providers.

While some ladies do more screening than others (and they are entitled to) most ladies usually have requirements such as "full name and employment info, OR 2 provider references, OR membership in p411" etc. Sounds like you are saying she requires employment info, AND provider references. As a newbie you don't have provider references. She doesn't sound "newbie friendly." You should set your sights on someone else. Maybe you can come back to her after you have some references. Part of the reason for getting P411 membership is so that you don't have to give out the employer info and such to every provider.

As for the deposit, a greendot moneypak is probably the easiest and best way to send money anonymously. But as xyz said, why are you sending a deposit? Most guys on the board will say to never send a deposit, and most ladies do not require one. There are exceptions such as for extended dates and travel, but as a newbie, you shouldn't be booking that type of date for your first date.

Why are you waiting on your TER VIP? Get it now so you can properly research providers. Just because she is on P411 does not mean she is well reviewed.

Xyz answered your other questions well.
Good luck.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I've been waiting to get TER VIP because I wanted to see which package I'd get. I'll be getting it later today.

Things make more sense now on what was meant by personal references. Definitely not newbie friendly which I can't blame her for. Upon reading further, I just noticed that she requires Basic Plus # on P411 which I presume means Basic plus # references? So that should have ruled her out to begin with. Live and learn right?

As for the deposit, I saw she had quite a few reviews, posted here and was going to be in town next month. The initial reviews for non-VIPs started off well enough. So I presumed that alot of these reviewers had paid the deposit and nothing came of it (since she makes that pretty clear in her bio on P411). Of course, that's why I have to get TER VIP to find out for sure.

That's definitely a good point about P411 and makes perfect sense regarding not having to give out personal info if you have P411. Is it common that some girls will take P411 and still ask for personal info for verification? I am trying to put myself in their shoes and can see why they would want to be extra careful.

I'll echo one comment, why wait to get TER VIP membership?  Without it, you can't really do the research properly.  From what you describe, this provider does not sound very newbie friendly.  Agree that you should scour P411 for newbie friendly providers in your area.

Since you have not seen any providers yet, you have no personal references to give her, so I would put her on hold until you have seen some providers who will give you references.  If you see a P411 provider, ask her to give you an OK on that site, that will serve as a reference.  You could also ask her if she would give you a reference if contacted by a provider.

Deposit?  If you are just going for a basic appointment, why would she want a deposit?  I can see it for an extended date, like an overnight.  I'm one of those guys that won't do deposits, so I can't help you on paying them.  Too much can go wrong and leave you separated from your money, with nothing in return.

How much info to provide?  No more than what she asks for, plus how much time you want, whether you want incall or outcall, and a date to meet.  Unless she requires a deposit, I would not mention it.

No-fucking-way.  Never give out your real name. You're already a P411 member, screened by Gina & her staff.  If P411 screening isn't good enough for this provider, reply that you need her real name and a photocopy of her driver's license.  OMG.

You never discuss a 'deposit' because the answer is always 'No'.   You're on the black market, you're breaking the law, & you never put any money up front.

Mr. Joe, please cut this provider loose & don't contact her again.  Sorry.  --z
