How's your geography?  A provider is from the Dominican Republic and she speaks Spanish. From the "ethnicity" pull down, is she (a) Latina (b) South American or (c) Spanish?

(b) can't be right because DR is in the Caribbean, not S America.  

She isn't pure Spanish from Spain.

DR is in Latin America which includes SA, Central A, Mexico and the Caribbean Islands.  I think the correct answer is (a) Latina.
