If I'm interested in making a date and I'm on your website and I click on the contact me page.  Now I see a form to fill out that includes too personal information, such as last name, work number, etc.  I don't see anything on their site about P411/Datecheck/etc or an email address.

Is it considered bad form to fill out the form, minus the information I'm not comfortable with, asking in the comment section to be screened through one of the screening services?

Most of us also have our DC and P411 links proudly displayed on our sites for you to use as well.

Send an appointment request via P411 and follow up with an email for Date-Check?

Send an email from a totally different address and list your membership information from both sites?

Using the P411 Request form is quite simple to use, and it enables the provider to quickly access your P411 profile when they open the request, and to see your verifications right then and there.

The P411 Request form also has a comment section, so you can quickly add right there on P411 a statement like... "I'm also a date-heck member with ID blah-blah and nickname on date-check of blah-blah."

I just had a gent the other day contact me he filled out my contact form on my website but in the comments box he included his P411 and Date-Check info.He also sent an appointment request via P411 as well.
So,if you are not comfortable with filling out everything just send what you are comfortable and include your verification member info and inquire if this would be suitable for her?I have also had gents that are not comfortable filling out the contact form to send me an email with the info that is requested on my form.
Do what is comfortable for you.

if you email me from one of those sites then I already know you have been screened thoroughly so there is no need to ask you to fill out my contact page. The only reason I would ask that is if you only have one or two okays, then I would need a little more information where I felt comfortable seeing you.  Otherwise you are good, no more screening necessary.

You would be surprised though. You probably would think that most "providers" would be liberal, democrats, or libertarians. But actually, they represent a broad cross section of the population (just as hobbyists do). They come from every social, economic, political and religious background

does that mean he could potentislly still be le, and is after maybe you in particukar and just didnt bust the girl from service to get to you. i mean i am surious if just one okmfrom jill is a good enough refernce and if i need more, what should i ask for if thats all he has. any one have suggestions is one reference not enough/ could they still be le with one solid reference
