In general you should not ask as that's not discreet & will freak her that you might be LE.  (If you ask expect her to hang up or not answer your email).
The best way I've found is to whisper when you are naked on the bed...

Once you have gone thru p411... and then my suggestion is to READ reviews on the services that the providers offer that MATCH what you want.

Once you get the ok to see her, then when you are getting comfortable I would suggest asking her to tell you some ideas on what makes her feel good... after that then say what makes you feel good...

You should already really know she offers what your wanting if you READ the reviews

Quality providers will have their services listed on their websites, or you should be able to tell from their reviews.  It is def not appropriate to ask over phone, text, or email what is available.  If you have no refs, you do need to sign up for at least one of the verification sites.  P411 will work with you, and they do have atoll-free number you can call.  Feel free to PM me with any questions you have.

If you see well reviewed providers, the odds are much better, that you'll avoid scams of all sorts (There are whole posts just about scams) and unlikely you'll encounter LE.
The game we play is all about discretion...  blending in...  not drawing attention to yourself, which would draw attention to her.  
However, if you end up in a room with LE, it's unlikely you could walk out.  If you haven't said anything incriminating, theoretically you should be able to (in most jurisdictions)...  but they'll either keep at you until you do incrimate yourself or just lie about it...  you word against theirs.  I've never heard of anyone talking there way out of a bust, but many times heard of people talking themselves into one.  STFU.  Anything you say will be twisted & used against you.   This is one reason why the recommendation is for Newbies to see well reviewed providers...  Later on, more experienced hobbiests devolupe a sense when something doesn't feel right.
