There's a provider I saw several times this year whom I score a 10/10. She's a 10/10 in looks and performance.

However, in the last two months I saw her, she did some things that were really unprofessional. I don't want to go into them at this point, but suffice it to say I think these things are serious enough that other guys might want to know. I see her latest reviews are showing signs that she's starting to treat other guys the same way.

I was going to tell the whole story in a revision of her review, but then thought twice, as it could be seen as sour grapes. A veteran member of this forum advised me not to do a post that listed all the things she did, but not name her. He thought it would just sound like sour grapes, too.

I think guys should be warned, though. I've considered revising her review to say "She's everything I've written below. However, I had some serious problems with her, and will not see her again." If the guys want to know what the problems were, they can PM me. I'll only respond if it seems like the guy is really considering seeing her and just wants to know. The problems I had wouldn't be too much trouble for someone who lived in her city.

I did it after I got stood up.  I did not name her but told the board that if anyone wanted her name to PM me, which several did.  I would not post a laundry list of what she did, but indicate her service has seriously slipped.  Leave the review alone, and post it on your regional board.  Also agree about only replying to guys that seem really interested in seeing her.

Just write a new review telling how your experiences were at first and how they changed.  

Since you are posting with an alias and not giving us the providers name, why not describe the "serious problem"?

that there would not be any blow back from her.  You have 3 months from the appointment...  If she's doing this to others, anyone could write he review.
You cannot typically 'edit' a review, but you can re-review & the new review will replace the old one.  You can copy from your previous review & add the important things that have changed.   I'd be upset if I had to drive a long ways, for instance, & was left circling.  That is a big deal.  
You can only review a meeting which takes place.  So canceling or NCNS can not be reviewed unless you went back & saw her again.  

If you can't review, then a post on the local board is the only way.
