You can purchase the money order from many sources without giving your name. When signing it to TER, you will have to supply your username and name alomng with signature. But, just be setting up an account on TER, you have supplied your name and IP address of the computer that you registered from.

Why not pay cash for a prepaid visa @ Wolly World.
