I always mention I've viewed their great TER reviews and  my RS2K membership (no verification details until I get a response) I recieve return contact nearly every time. Some times they are on vacation or otherwise not available, but they still make contact for future possibilities.

I usually (95%) cross-check any internet advertisements with TER reviews for services and dependability before initial contact, I think that, along with mentioning Roomservice my contact attempts have been so successful. YMMV

I live near the Canadian border and haven't have any problems. Just had to make a confirmation call for "client privacy". I guess they're not as uptight about it up there.
Maybe for a first time you should consider a trip to a genuine Nevada cat house. I've never been to one but I will be going shortly

I generally have at least half a dozen voicemails to call back at the beginning of my day.  I return calls first to guys who sound pleasant on the phone and leave a little more info than a name and phone number. Try adding a compliment about the escort (I loved your pics, great reviews, etc) and maybe something about the type of work you do, or about yourself, (I'm in good shape, I'm a CPA, I've lived in the area for XX years, just something vague will do.)  Always remember to speak SLOWLY AND CLEARLY when leaving you phone number and REPEAT IT!  I get 3-4 calls each week where I can't hear the phone number, particularly from cell phones.
