2-3 days is more the norm. You will not be contacted. Admin must have an issue with something in your review. Go to your account manager, and look up your reviews. There should be a reason stated there as to why your review has not been approved. Fix it, and you hopefully will be good to go.
Is three weeks longer than normal? If it has been reviewed and considered unapprovable, will I be contacted or will the status just remain unapproved forever?
