Should I do it?

I am a total newb to this thing.  I found a girl on backpage that has 1 review on this site.  I know that I should stay away unless she is "well" reviewed, but the guy that wrote the review has about 10 other reviews written on other providers over the last 4 years.  This girl is EXACTLY what I am looking for.  I would prefer to contact her via email or IM so I can get to know her first but there is only a phone number.  I am afraid of even calling her at this point.  I have never done this before and getting arrested would be my WORST NIGHTMARE.  Is there any other way of contacting her through this site?

you can PM her. Pull up her review, and on her profile page, at the top, you will see a tab that says "contact this provider by pm" or something to that affect.

find someone who has an email address listed.

The 1st lady you call might not back to you anyway, it's a good idea to have a plan B.

If you are determined get a disposable cell and make the call.

She won't bite your head off. Be prepared with what you are going to say if it's person or VM.

friendly greeting
name
work number
date & time of appointment
date-check or p411 id
Etc.

Its been my general experience that many backpage girls do not have VIP status in TER nor access to computers, so the next best thing is to PM the reviewer, ask about location and how comfrontable he felt in terms of any chances this girl was not safe.  My bet she is not LE.

Do you think there is a cop in every hotel waiting to grad you?
I just started on a regular basis this year.  Once you get over the nerves, its quite fun.  The world of hobbying is your oyster.  Man there is so much to choose from its scary.  Relax and have fun, man.

He should not be relaxed. He is a newbie and is doing the right thing by being apprehensive under these circumstances.
Hobbyists and providers alike need to stay on their toes, and always exercise caution in this hobby.
A newbie lacks the gut instincts needed that only comes with experience.
The time for him to relax is when he has found a well reviewed provider is behind a locked door.

I would bypass her and see a provider who is well reviewed. For your first time, I would not recommend a newbie seeing a newbie. That is based on my assumption that with only one review, she is also a newbie.
In my opinion, you should only see well reviewed providers when starting out. You will have plenty of time to TOFTT at a later point.
