I am a newbie and have never hired an escort before.  I read numerous posts regarding safety and how to avoid LE.  I also read about the problems that newbies with no references have when trying to make an appointment with a provider.  

Anyway, I took the plunge today and decided to e-mail a provider.  She has a total of 7 reviews on TER, by what seems like reputable reviewers (most of the reviewers have >5 reviews and some have white referral).  I filled out the form on her website, which said that she needed to screen me by either employment or references.  I put in the e-mail that I would be unable to provide either because I'm a graduate student.  However, I said that I would be able to provide other info for verification.  She e-mailed me back within an hour saying that she is available for the time I requested and to call the night before to confirm it.  

I'm now becoming paranoid that she didn't want further information.  I also started analyzing the information that the screening form requested.  The form asked for age, height, weight, eye color, hair color, and ethnicity (perhaps so that the cops can easily recognize me?).  The form also requested information about what kind of experience am I looking for (perhaps to get me to specify that I'm interested in sexual services).  I didn't answer anything specific for that question.

On the other hand, the reviews on TER seem legit and she has around 15 pictures on her website that has her face visible.  I'm worried that I make an appointment, show up and LE is waiting for me since she could be cooperating with them for a reduced sentence after having been caught.

Sorry for the long post.  Any advice?

I would not proceed in this situation.

The question about what kind of things you want to do during the session is of most concern.  There's no good reason for a provider to ever ask that.

Also, why go ahead if you are going to be worried?  The whole idea of this is to relax, have fun and enjoy yourself.

It would seem that the provider in question is being a bit lax in her screening; but her review history indicates legitimacy.
It is easy for even the savviest provider to become lackadaisical.
It is nearly unimaginable for LE to manufacture a decoy provider with multiple reviews by hobbyists with multiple reviews, as well as several "White listings".

PM a couple of her reviewers with your concerns and include a link to this thread in your PM.  We are here for each other, and we should all remember being new.

Next, if she has her reviews linked to her username, she is limited VIP and can get a PM, so try sending her one with a link to this thread and telling her that you are a newbie.  Hopefully, she will respond with something to dispell your concerns.

Ultimately, you will have to do the gut check on whether to go or not. Always follow your gut and not your po-po.

I see many newbies from CL, backpage and here. Many of them have had bad experiences in the past or no experience at all. So many ladies refuse to see them without a reference from another provider. What's a newbie to do?? Now I see many of these guys and if i'm lucky I will get a review but not all that often for the time and less money I ask for. This lady may feel the same as I do, and feel it's worth giving the poor guy a chance. Let me say this guys, I see the newbie and then the girl that wouldn't see them first who charges close to double my rate has the nerve to call for a reference. Oh yes, and her review will go through but what the hell happened to mine??? How sweet for someone who has spent so much extra time making them feel comfortable and I don't even get a thankyou review. I'm trying not to feel that way but is happening just look at my reviews. Sorry for the gripe but needed to vent. If I need a spanking let me know.

I would say she definitely asks strange questions on her contact form, but with the 7 reviews I would venture to say she just does not have a clue as to what screening really is. Not that unusual.

Yes.  If I were a newbie in this scenerio, I'd move on.  IMHO, the first experience should be with a lady with 10 or more reviews that is a proven GFE.

email a couple of the reviewers to see what they say to feel them out.  

Your probably ok though since the PD would not go through this much trouble for a misdemeanor offense.  Trust me, I would know....
