also any handles you have on other verification sites should be included. Its easier to give as much information as you can where we can get the verification done quickly. If we have to keep emailing you asking for information we may eventually decide you are a problem. If the lady has a website then her contact form usually has those questions on it. Always try to give at least 2 recent references, i.e. their website or email address and what sites you are signed up on such as date-check, P411, Bigdog and the handles you use on those sites.
We don't try to make it difficult. We want to get the verification over quickly also.
