What to do when u schedule a meet and for some unfornute reason I was unable to go bc my company moved our meeting at last moment, and the provider posted a MSG saying she had a eye infection and could not see anyone. So I decided to ncns, which I know was bad.

Now this provider is releaseing my info which was confidenual to the public.

What courses of action could I take?

Sounds like she is giving your info to other providers b/c you pulled NCNS so they can avoid you, not outing you to "the public".

First: Try apologizing to her rather than say "lets not let this get ugly like you hahaha"

(boy I'm sure that response earned you some lifetime fans. I had to restrain myself from throwing myself at your feet and offering to f/k you for free. Such a silver tongued devil)

Second: Offer to pay her a cancellation fee. You wasted her time, and consequently, cost her money. You got paid (presumably) for that business meeting. She didn't get paid. Fix it.

As things stand now, she has every right to give your screening information to other ladies so that they do not make the same mistake she made.

--Don't schedule things so tightly if you have the kind of job that can trip you up like that
--Use a phone to tell her as soon as something unforseen delays you (even if she doesn't answer she will know you tried at least)
--Don't expect her to take the loss for what happened to you.  My flight is late, I miss my connection and get hit with a NS at my hotel, shit happens.  It isn't the hotel's fault.
--Realize provider backchannels are not the same as "public"

Spanish, here's my advice, quit the hobby NOW.
When your local board mod, posts advice for you, and you then come onto the newbie board looking for sympathy, I guess you just don't get it.

Dude, the folks have been exceedingly nice to you here on the newbie board. After reading the various threads I can only say that my dog wouldn't lower herself to shit in your yard.

You had some responses from some lovely ladies, and you shit all over them. You whined about a slightly high, but fairly standard donation. You NCNSed what appears to be an upstanding provider, and then publicly called her ugly when she called you on it.

You then have the gall to come here to whine about having your info outted via the provider backchannel (and call it public).

Oh, and the eye infection thing sounded pretty lame. Sounds like it was before your appointment.

Did I miss anything? I suggest you cruise the streets and see what you can find, but my guess is the crack whores will tell you to take a leap too.

Despite the disclaimer on the front page, this is not a magical fantasy land and people here have memories and are not stupid. You appear to be going about this with the attitude of "aww... just f*ck it all, what's the worst that can happen?" The answer is that you can find yourself on a blacklist and not be able to book with any reputable provider.

Take your board mod's advice. Take our advice. Take my advice. Start by apologizing for your behavior and find a way to make it up to everyone. If you don't, quit now. All you're going to do is frustrate yourself and others and in the end you'll effectively be ousted from the hobby.

To answer your original question, you're the one that NCNS. The provider did not cancel on you, you had to cancel and didn't even have the courtesy of letting the lady know that you couldn't make it. Sh*t happens in this world, but if you can't let someone know before you have to let them know ASAP thereafter. You didn't, and even went about trying to insult the lady. All bad moves. You've gotten yourself a lot of attention through your posts, so either you repent and apologize publicly or quit the hobby as others have said.
