Hey I have someone in mind and they seem to be legit based on many reviews, though they list their services on their website which makes me nervous. Is that a red flag or is that somewhat common?

Not necessarily a red flag, but proceed with caution.  If she is well-reviewed, you're probably OK to ask for a date.

this person has reviews. But if it is a complete newbie and they go in-depth into their services offered I would proceed with EXTREME caution. Never know. Better safe then sorry!
