how do I cancel?;

I can't cancel without my transaction number, and I dont' remember/ cant find it. help!

Call the agency, explain the situation, name the girl you were.........

supposed to see,and time you were scheduled for. If they can't figure out who you are without a "transaction #" then that's THEIR problem. You've made an effort to be polite, and the ball is now in their court.
