Saw my first provider yesterday and was totally nervous in the parking lot but totally at ease after I came in the door, Joy of Chicago was truly a joy.

man i saw my first provider two days ago. i was so nervous but i tried to cover it up so much. i feel i had performance anxiety. i literally was in shock from the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out. took awhile to hit me what i just did. after everything and later in the day i kept saying to myself "holy shit i wanna go back!"

played sports, it's kinda the same thing.  Nervous before the first pitch then once you make contact, you feel like you can hit a HR on every swing.  Now, get up to bat...

Just in case anyone missed it, but this the second newbie in this thread who had his first experience WITH providers who have multiple pages of reviews.  It can happen, but you have to do your homework.

I have only been hobbying for the past month and I wanted to congratulate the new batch of newbies in this thread.  I felt the same way my first time and I wanted to assure you that it does get easier and better.  For me, the problem of being a nervous newbie has been replaced with the realization that I do not have unlimited funds to see providers as often as I would like.  I love doing this!...but it can get expensive.  May you brand spankin' new newbies become equally enthusiastic about the hobby; and my you have the finances to support it too!

I was so nervous/paranoid about my performance that I couldn't enjoy it 100%. Again, it completely hit me as I walked out and went on with my day.

Finances are hard to come by. I've been sitting around thinking how to make easy money in short time just so I can continue doing this. I'm a college student who has a few handouts from the rents. But I couldn't survive if I went all out.

Dont get how some of these people have seen 50+ providers within a year. My god.. rich bastards.

Welcome jakestaman.  You chose well for your first lady.  We rich bastards were once starving college men too.  Forget the easy money.  It is about moderation.  Eat right, don't piss your money away on feel good chemicals and toys, see a provider when you can afford it without impacting yourself or taking $ your wife and children need, and one day you will be posting 50+ reviews a year yourself.  It's a great ride.

I'll be seeing my first provider next week for the first time too. I've been with the same woman for 20 years now and this is a big jump (no pun intended). I get nervous just talking to my provider on the phone. Viagra don't fail me now!!

My first provider was last year, real young, 18, and I was real old compared to her.  When it came time to  consummate the deal, my little buddy wilted so much, I couldn't even get it in.

However, I persevered which you must do.  It took me a long time and several providers before I finally was able to come in the cover.

If you want to keep on hobbying, be patient, it will happen, just as it did to me.  If you want more info about it, pm me.

And yea, I am a pretty poor college student. I hold a decent steady job but the idea of moderation is a very logical and a good suggestion. Even to everyone. It's hard to sit back and wait another month though.

Well it has been over a year since I saw my last provider so it is almost like doing all for the first time. Since the first time I have been to the PI and China so I'm not out of practice.

Seeing a provider here in the states makes me a bit nervous, but thanks to the advice about reading reviews this should be a lot of fun. Bummer I have to wait for over a week to have my "fun". I will keep you posted.
