TER only recently added a field (box) for reviewers to include TER Profile Number (your TER ID is 240223) on the review submission form but some might not do that. In that case, TER admin people have to look to see if the person being reviewed has an existing Profile = TER ID and post the new review to that Profile. They sometimes miss and create a DUPLICATE Profile for the same person. If that happens, you (or anyone) can submit a problem report and ask TER Admin to merge the profiles
I just read your review and it says that you worked for an agency before going indy. If you have reviews under your old name, you ask TER to rename the profile and merge the reviews.
If you have reviews as "Mary TER ID 123456" TER can change that to "Kayden Love / Mary TER ID 123456" change contact info, URLs, phone number, etc and your NEW review will appear at the top of your old reviews.
I made that sound more complicated than it is. Basically ... DO YOU HAVE PRIOR REVIEWS FROM YOUR AGENCY DAYS
