I had my listing under New York and New England under site listings. I wanted to change the description because I could not do it from the manage your site listings tab. I sent an e-mail to TER with the old description and told them I wanted the new description as shown in the e-mail I sent .I dont think they read the e-mail clearly because they removed my site listings and all my reviews..and sent me an e-mail saying my listing was approved to use this ter oode for the ter banner on my site...
But I was already Listed and I already had a banner code from many months ago. Am I gonna have to start all over?  I already had many reviews now they are gone and I did not want them removed.

Write another email - or problem report... Let them know  there must have been miscommunication. Reviews are still with them.
