Read the Newbie Manual linked at the top of the page, and know the ropes.

Then, ask your clients (very nicely, of course) if they would please help you out by joining TER and writing a review.  It is free to become a member and participate on the boards.  They will get 15 days VIP credit for each review of theirs that is published too.

Best of luck.

Since you are new to TER and if you ask your current clients to sign up on TER and submit reviews, their reviews will most likely not be posted immediately.

TER has a stated (although somewhat erratically enforced) policy that reviews of new providers submitted by members with little or no history on TER will not get posted.  They wait until the provider has some reviews posted by more veteran members before approving these type of reviews.

The intent is to cut down on the practice of new providers attempting to self-review or by having friends or 'managers' sign up and post false reviews.  This kind of activity could be used to: jump-start a new provider, falsely build-up a better than earned reputation, perpetrate scams, or even let LE set up a sting.

If you search this board for this topic, you will see many recent threads addressing the issue.

Good Luck.

I am also a newbie.  I have had three gents sign up with TER and write reviews.  None were ever posted.  Why is this??
