What is the best way to  renew or apply membership of TER without using personal credit card. Is there any service which provides temporary payment method.

Also , which is the best option for temporary phone. Are there any prepaid handset/card , more like use and throw.

I think they also take money orders, but I hear that can take a while to go through.

They do take money orders.  Also a substantial difference in price if you pay by money order over gift cards. Makes it worth the hassle.

Walmart with cash, register it online using "your name", and pay with Minutes cards which can be purchased with cash at almost any store that sells gift cards.

Gift option seems bit costly , but will try to check if there is any more options for payments.  

Phone option seems perfect
