I have received two messages in my email box but the provider did not give their TER ID.  all I know is the name it came from.  How do I search for their reivews.  Ive tried putting the name it came from into the search box but it does not work.

Here is a name for example:  ElleVegas

Her TER profile is Elle Vegas, not one word, but her posting handle is ellevegas.  This happens all the time with providers' names and handles.
