In big cities with lots of providers to choose from, going straight to TER is the most efficient and reliable. I'm in a smaller market area that TER doesn't serve well. In order to find talent that doesn't show up in a TER search, I need to scour BP, Eros, etc., and local boards.
In any city, however, your success rate depends on how well you do your homework, not what site you find a girl on.
