How do you search provider by name

...then click search reviews, scroll down to 4th section (Provider contact information), enter name etc, scroll to bottom of page, click search. If she has reviews her name will be listed on the left along with similarly named providers. Click on her name. You'll be taken to her profile/reviews.

she will not have a profile page.  In that case, searching for her is futile.

criteria.  Maybe just her phone number or even her city and browse through the listings.  Her screen name could have changed (not uncommon with providers) or maybe she has even changed cities.
