Generally speaking, one will usually be asked for some personal information such as full name, a phone number, occupation, and hometown if traveling. You might also be asked for employment information, company name, phone extension, etc. Many will ask for a reference from a provider you have seen recently that will verify you were a gentleman. (Since you say this is your first attempt at the hobby you will need to find a lady that will see you without a reference.) Be prepared to show a driver's liscense, business card and/or photo ID upon meeting face to face.

Remember that the intent of screening is for a lady's safety and peace of mind that you are indeed who you say you are, and not LE or a crazed lunatic. You must provide her whatever information is necessary to make her feel comfortable with you. If you not willing to give out certain personal info, then it is suggested that you move on to a different lady with a different screening method you can agree to. If dealing with a reputable, well reviewed lady, this information will be handled professionally and discreetly.
